Our authenticity check
Every item we offer first goes through an authentication process. In this process we check and verify the authenticity, quality and condition of the item.
Based on more than 10 years of experience with designer items from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior and Prada, we have slowly and steadily built up a solid expertise.
Every brand, every season and ultimately every model has different characteristics that can be used to distinguish an original from a counterfeit.
What is important?
It's not only the look of the bag, the workmanship of the seams or the hardware that's important, but also the feel of the bag. Due to the high demand, there are now so-called super fakes of classic models such as the Speedy by Louis Vuitton or the Timeless by Chanel, which have only minimal differences to the original.
Of course, we regularly expand our expertise with new information and insights about the latest models and collections.
For this reason, we take our time with authentication, as we do not allow any margin for error. In very rare and complex cases, we also call in an external expert to ensure absolute transparency and security.
